What’s my story?

In my previous life as a marketing coordinator in the public transport industry, I’ve helped to transform the way businesses connect with their audiences through digital platforms and campaigns.
I brought with me the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to understand and address the needs of different stakeholders.
I fell down the YouTube rabbit hole and started to consume and appreciate all things related to design. I was fascinated by the idea of being able to express creativity and solve problems through different mediums.
I’ve been inspired by:
- typography design critiques by Chris Do (The Futur)
- listening to Roman Mars (99% Invisible) talk about a well-designed flag
- IDEO’s innovative process for reimagining the shopping cart
- seeing Volkswagen’s experiment to use ‘fun’ to encourage behaviour change
Whether I’m a research analyst, English tutor or a marketing coordinator, throughout my working life I’ve always been the bridge between business, customers, technology and design.

I ask a lot of questions to understand how things are built, why things aren’t working and how we can fix them.
Whether it’s strategising the next big move or annihilating typos, you’ll find me involved end-to-end on delivering products.
Everyone has an interesting story to share and I’ve always got time to listen. One of these days I’ll be that person who ”thought of that” next great idea.

A fierce advocate for users who loves to champion their voice from start to finish. Can be found in hallways quietly chanting “you are not the user”.

Turns vision into functional and beautiful products using ingredients such as best practice, iterative design and attention to detail.

An embracer of wild ideas and finder of opportunities to delight - inspiring others to use their creative confidence is what makes him happy.

A walking absorber of information who is constantly looking to learn new things everyday. Always humble - there is no task too small (or big) to take on.
